An HCG Diet Dinner that makes you say AMAZING!


I say it over and over in my practice … the does not have to be boring. There are SO many delicious things that can be made with that little list of foods. I highly recommend getting creative and making one fish, chicken and beef recipe each week.  It is nice to make plenty for leftovers so that you can meal prep. With a pattern like this, you will not get bored of the food plan on the HCG Diet.


I know that halibut is a spendy fish … but, at 3.5 ounces it won’t exactly break the bank and on occasion it is nice to treat yourself.  Although, any white fish could work in this recipe.

Halibut was on sale at my local grocery store last week and I decided to make these for dinner.  They were REALLY good and the whole family enjoyed!  it!

What you’ll need for this decadent HCG Diet recipe!

3 Tbsp of Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed)
1 Tbsp low sodium, organic Chicken or Vegetable Broth
1-2 Clove(s) of Garlic, (Minced)
1/4 Tsp of Sea Salt
1/4 Tsp (to taste) Black Pepper
3.5 ounces of Halibut

  Romaine or Butter Letter leaves
HCG Diet friendly Salsa
Lemon wedges

Putting this HCG Diet Delight all together!

1. Combine lemon juice, chicken or veggie broth, minced garlic, sea salt and black pepper in a zip-lop bag!

2. Place your piece of halibut in the bag and use your hands to be sure the halibut gets evenly coated with the liquid mixture.  Let sit for 1-2 hours in the fridge.

3. Back the fish for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

4. Place lettuce leaves on a plate and evenly divide the fish mixture between them!  Add hcg diet friendly salsa if desired. Garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lime if desired.
