In my opinion, these benefits come into play with the changes in habits and patterns that come from the program. I find that most of my patients choose their foods more intentionally and enjoy feeding their body on a cellular level by choosing nutrient rich, whole foods. What this does overall is decrease inflammation. Inflammation tends to be the root cause of most disease processes in the body.
As patients begin Phase 2 of the HCG Diet plan they begin to reduce inflammation immediately by taking inflammatory foods out of the diet. As inflammation begins to lowers in the body, I find my patients have improvements in so many aspects of their health and well being.

One of my favorite aspects of the HCG Diet is the increase in confidence that happens! I find this to be overlooked by so many. It is amazing what happens when someone feels FABULOUS! Everything changes and life takes on a sunnier outlook.
