Strawberry Superfood Smoothie for Breakfast Every Day and on P3 of HCG Diet

This is a wonderful way to get some pure nutrition into your morning.  At our house, we have some spin off of this concotion just about every day.  It fills us up while helping us feeling light and fuels our cells with an abundance of nutrients. When my husband goes into work for a long, 12 hour day, he often brings a double serving of  a modified version of this beverage and this is what consumes has all day long.  For those following our HCG Diet Program, we recommend that they start the day with a nice berry superfood smoothie!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE THIS DELICIOUS TREAT (OKAY ON P3 OF HCG DIET)

8 ounces cold almond milk (organic and unsweetend) or you could use pure water
6-8 frozen strawberries, organic
1 tbsp. hemp seeds

1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 tbsp vitamineral greens or any green superfood blend

3-5 stevia drops to taste
pinch of Himalayan salt

To Make This Breakfast Blend

Place all ingredients in your blender.  I like to add about 1 cup of ice.    Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Optional Ingredients to add if desired:

1/2 frozen banana (if not on P3 of HCG Diet)
1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries
1-2 tbsp Organic Flax Seeds

1-2 tbsp Coconut flakes

1 tbsps Bee Pollen

1 tbsp Maca Powder
