Maintaining Weight Loss After the HCG Diet Program

I have been facilitating and guiding my patients through the HCG Diet process for 13 years now.   The journey has been so incredibly rewarding for me and I feel so blessed to be so passionate about my work.  I love what I do. I love watching people transform in body, mind and spirit!  I love learning and researching the latest cutting-edge information about what creates fat storage and fat breakdown in the body.  It’s fascinating.


The Evolution of the HCG Diet

Over the past decade, I have worked with well over 2000 patients through this protocol.  I have used my clinical experience to evolve Dr. Simeons original protocol to make it easier for those living the modern, busy lifestyle. I have to say that I really like what I have created with this program.  I find the food choices to be rather expansive and their are plenty of things to munch on if you get the urge.

I also work with my patients to identify where food lives in our minds in a behaviorally addictive way. As we unravel old habits and patterns with food we really get somewhere in the process. In my eyes, the education that my patients get while under my care is invaluable and makes all the difference when it comes to weight loss maintenance.  After all, knowledge is power.

Maintaining Weight Loss After the HCG Diet

Yeah!  Every year I find that the success rate with weight loss maintenance on the HCG Diet increases.  I like to give my patients the tools and resources to be mindful as they create a lifestyle diet but also to indulge here and there. I firmly believe that if we are too rigid then we can set ourselves up for failure.   I find that most of my patients continue to lose slowly over time once they complete the HCG Diet protocol. If some gian weight back … they usually know exactly why and then can learn from the “cause and effect” … i.e. if you eat a croissant and have a cocktail daily you may begin to store fat again.

I also find that intermittent fasting is a key to weight loss maintenance!
